We operate this website as a presentation of the Euklio product — an integration platform for manufacturing companies. We are not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO).

2. What Personal Data We Process

We process exclusively the data you provide through the contact form:

Full name
Work email address
Phone number (optional)
Company name (optional)
ERP system and manufacturing technologies (optional)
Description of your inquiry or situation

We do not use any analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.), we do not collect cookies for tracking visitor behavior, and we do not pass data to advertising systems.

4. Cookies

This website uses analytical cookies via the Google Analytics 4 service (Google LLC). Cookies are set only after your consent. If you decline, no cookies will be set and Google Analytics will not load.

Fonts are loaded from this website's own servers (self-hosted Inter font) — no data is transferred to Google.

Consent to analytical cookies is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time by clearing browser data (cookies) or by contacting kancelar@netajo.cz.

5. Recipients of Personal Data

Data from the contact form is sent to an API endpoint operated by Netajo s.r.o. (netajo.cz/api/contact). We do not pass personal data to any third parties for marketing or profiling purposes.

Data is not transferred to third countries outside the EU/EEA.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the following rights:

Right of access — you may request a copy of the personal data we process about you.
Right to rectification — you may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
Right to erasure — you may request deletion of your data if the purpose of processing has ceased.
Right to restriction of processing — you may request temporary suspension of processing.
Right to object — against processing based on legitimate interest.
Right to data portability — you will receive data in a structured, machine-readable format.

Submit requests to kancelar@netajo.cz. We will respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the Czech Republic, the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz).

7. Voluntary Nature of Data Provision

Completing the contact form is entirely voluntary. Without providing your name, email address, and description of the situation, it is not possible to process your inquiry and contact you back. Other fields (phone, company, ERP, machines) are optional.

8. Automated Decision-Making

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. All processing of your data takes place under human supervision.

9. Security

All communication with the server takes place exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS). Access to personal data is restricted to authorized persons bound by a duty of confidentiality.
